I can't promise that I will reply to all emails. My intentions are good and I try to answer all email but this isn't always possible due to the limited time I have. When emailing, please abide by the simple rules below:

-Please read the FAQ Page. Many repeated questions are answered somewhere on the FAQ. I probably won't reply to generalized questions regarding bulbs already discussed on the FAQ page, I just don't have the time.

-Email clear pictures! Take photos of the item that you are inquiring about and include them in your email. Even with a well versed description, I will still ask for a picture so please include a few when contacting me.
